The articles in this magazine are directly accessible to everyone, based on the principle that free and open access to research results helps to increase public knowledge.
Copyright notice
Authors who publish with this journal agree to the following terms:
1.Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.
2.Authors are able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal.
3.Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their website) prior to and during the submission process, as it can lead to productive exchanges, as well as earlier and greater citation of published work .
Publication ethics
- Within the editorial policy a scientific bulletin of Odessa National Academy of Music “Musical Art and Culture” stick consecutively to publishing standards of COPE Code of Conduct publications, approved by COP (Committee on Publication Ethics).
- Materials are reviewed by members of the journal editorial board and/or by the external independent experts on the basis of objectivity and from the standpoint of the higher international academic quality standards, and edited.
- Editorial board reserves the right for stylistic alteration of the typescript. Corrections are coordinated with the author which, in the opinion of the editorial board, can change the meaning of the text.
-The editorial board of the scientific publication reserves the right to reject articles that do not meet requirements and topics of the scientific bulletin.
- Opinions and proposals expressed in articles do not necessarily coincide with the Editorial Board views. Reliability of the information in the articles, the accuracy of the names, statistics, surnames and citations are under the author′s responsibility.
-The editors reserve the right for minor literary wording of texts and abridgements with the author's style retention. Provided materials are not returned and can not be published in other scientific journals. In cases of plagiarism authors are responsible for provided materials.
- Editorial board reserves the right for insignificant literary editing of texts and abbreviations, with preservation of author's style.

- All submitted materials are checked for plagiarism using Unicheck's online Anti-Plagiarist service. In cases of detection of plagiarism, the authors of the materials provided are liable and the materials submitted are rejected.
Transliteration Rules
The decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from 27 January 2010 № 555 «On regulation of transliteration of the Ukrainian script into Roman script» approves the official transliteration of the Ukrainian script into Roman script, establishes the current rules of transliteration of the names and surnames of Ukrainian citizens into Roman script in the foreign passports.
